My name is Mallory, and I'm the owner and creator behind Hilliard's Custom Creations, located in Western Massachusetts. Here you'll find a variety of handmade and personalized items, including keepsakes, pet toys and accessories, car coasters, sewn goods, and other unique creations.

What started as a creative hobby making gifts for friends and family has grown into a small business that allows me to share my love of creating with others. I believe some of the most meaningful gifts are the ones that are thoughtful, personal, and made with care. Whether you're shopping for a loved one, a beloved pet, or even yourself, I hope you find something that brings a little extra joy to your day.

Animals have played a special role in both my life and my business. My pet collection was inspired by two very special companions: my cat, Teddy, and our dog, Lenny. Though they have both crossed the rainbow bridge, they continue to inspire me every day. Their memory lives on in the pet toys and accessories I create, and my goal is to bring the same happiness they brought to my life to other pets and pet lovers.

Every business also needs a supervisor, and ours happens to have four paws. Dudley, our lovable 70-pound "velcro dog," is rarely more than a few feet away from me. He insists on squeezing behind me in my computer chair while I work and reminds me when it's time for a pup cup break. He's truly the heart of my home office.

Outside of Hilliard's Custom Creations, I work full-time as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting children with autism and their families. Helping others has always been important to me, and I feel fortunate to combine that passion with my love of creating through this business.

Although Hilliard's Custom Creations started with me, it has truly become a family effort. My husband Sean is my biggest supporter and is always there to help with craft fairs, behind-the-scenes tasks, and whatever project I dream up next. We often joke that he's my "unpaid employee," but the truth is I couldn't do it without him. My parents have also been a huge source of encouragement. Hilliard's Custom Creations wouldn't be where it is now if it wasn't for the support of my family.
